Thera Hubs

Where the road ends, the network begins.

A Thera Hub isn't a building — it's an idea: a Social Economic Development Agency (ADES) model that Thera Amazon applies inside a community, bringing government, universities, the private sector, and the community itself together to build real local economy. When there's a physical meeting point, it's usually a community house the community already has — not something we built. It's not a service outpost: it's development infrastructure — courses, business incubation, cooperatives, access to credit and markets. The labor that builds each hub comes mostly from the community it serves — local jobs and income from day one.

A garden without a united community becomes an abandoned plot in six months. Internet without a department becomes a stolen antenna. Water without local management becomes a broken pump nobody can fix. Structure comes before the work — that's the difference between a project that passes through and a hub that stays.

The Path — four stages, none skipped

01

Root

Unite the community

Before any construction, listening. Meetings with leaders and residents until we understand what the community already is.

02

Structure

Build the department

The hub becomes a local institution: councils formed, a community house becomes a fixed meeting point, someone accountable from within the community.

03

Power

Activate the essentials

Garden, clean water, internet, training — chosen by the community, not from our catalog.

04

Autonomy

The community sustains itself

Cooperatives, credit, market access. The hub becomes unnecessary — which has been the goal since day one.

Help the network reach the next community.

Every new hub starts with listening — and listening needs structure too.
